Please find contact details for a ATRA member collector and / or recycler close to you to arrange collection.
All ATRA members are subject to operational audits by ATRA’s independent audit firm, EOMG. The audit methodology is available here: Audit Methodology Dec14 Equilibrium
In summary, all members adhere to relevant regulations in the state in which they operate, minimize stockpiling and of course have processing equipment for recycling; have all relevant licences, insurances, OH&S procedures, fire safety management and equipment, etc; and do not bale whole tyres for export.
The following gives an outline of the degree of compliance or corrective action required of each member’s audit; as well as the contact details for prospective customers.
ATRA membership is available to all legitimate used tyre collection and recycling operations, subject to meetings ATRA’s membership criteria and we welcome new members to the association.
If a used tyre collector is not an ATRA member they are likely stockpiling, landfilling or baling for export.
